MG Management Aid has specialized in providing Management, Leadership, HR and Training services.
We are not generalists. Management however is a broad subject and a good manager, especially on board management level has to have an understanding and an overview over the whole company and what makes the company work. So do we.
Management, Leadership, HR and Training are those subjects that, if done right, do get the top performance out of people. These subjects are interdependent and can not be separated from each other.
Managers with sufficient experience know that good management planning and strategies will not get any results unless they get executed, precisely and from A to B. Thus management planning without skilled leadership, carefully selected and well trained personnel is a theory or philosophy only.
Similarly, good leaders who are lacking in management skills, precise planning and strategies will have difficulties with leading their groups and reaching their objectives. Unpractical measures and steps that do not make sense or do not contribute to reaching the objectives will meet disagreements within the group. Bad management has the tendency to break the unity of the group.
